We begin with a complimentary consultation to understand your travel goals, preferences, and budget. A $500 non-refundable deposit follows to initiate a tailored itinerary.
Proposal & Confirmation
You’ll receive a curated selection of dining and activity options with timing and cost details. After refining your program and confirming availability, a second payment covering our services and any pre-payment required by the restaurants or experience providers, secures your program.
Final Program & In Country Support
You’ll receive an interactive digital itinerary with confirmed bookings, maps, and useful notes. We are available and responsive to you online throughout your trip to ensure you get the most from your time in Japan.
