We begin with a complimentary consultation to understand your travel goals, preferences, and budget. A $500 non-refundable deposit follows to initiate a tailored itinerary.
Proposal & Confirmation
You’ll receive a curated selection of dining and activity options with timing and cost details. After refining your program and confirming availability, a deposit of 35–65%, depending on choices, secures your bookings.
Final Itinerary & Payment
You’ll receive an interactive digital itinerary with confirmed bookings and optional extras. The remaining balance is due 30–60 days before your departure.
